Pioneer of the Contract Channel in Spain and Latin America/Caribbean, with over 25 years of experience. He designs and leads collaborative ecosystems that drive internationalisation, innovation, and business cooperation, generating new business opportunities among the various stakeholders across the Contract Channel value chain. He develops programmes that integrate design, sustainability, wellbeing and social impact, connecting Europe, the USA, Latin America/Caribbean and the Middle East.
Jorge Arditti
Architect - Arditti + RDT Arquitectos
The work of architect Jorge Arditti, from the firm Arditti + RDT Arquitectos, is part of a contemporary vision of modern architecture in Mexico with international recognition. With over 30 years of experience, the firm has developed more than 300 corporate, residential, tourism and mixed-use projects, standing out for integrating technology, sustainability and efficiency.
Txell Manresa
Arquitecta y socia - Mipmarí
An architect with more than 25 years of experience, and a Master’s degree in Bioconstruction and Habitat Biology from IEB-IBN, as well as a postgraduate qualification in Healthy Architecture from Escola Sert, she focuses on wellbeing architecture projects, with an approach centred on environmental health and the balance between the built environment and nature. Her work prioritises energy efficiency and quality of life. As co-founder of mipmarí, she promotes transformative architecture grounded in healthy and sustainable principles, fostering wellbeing between people and their surroundings.
Paula Bruna
Architect and Landscape Architect - Eme Concepts
Paula Bruna is an architect and landscape architect with over 20 years of experience in landscape architecture, architectural design and urban planning. She has led public and private projects at national and international level, with a strategic and context-sensitive approach. An expert in master planning, urban planning and landscape integration, she combines creativity with technical rigour. At EME Concepts, she develops sustainable projects that integrate environment, design and local identity.
Paulo de Sousa
International Business Lead - S+A
Paulo de Sousa graduated in Architecture from the Universidade Moderna de Lisboa (2000) and pursued further research in Seville. After working in Lisbon, Macau, and Hong Kong, he joined S+A in 2007. He became a Senior Partner in 2022, where he currently serves as the International Business Lead.
Fernando Rial Ponce
Studio Design Director - KEO Group - KEO International Consultants
Fernando Rial Ponce is a Spanish architect with 24 years of international experience in the design of large-scale buildings. He leads projects in Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait. His work includes masterplans, mixed-use developments, hotels, residential projects and skyscrapers. Among his most notable projects are the U-View Tower in Jeddah, the KFH headquarters in Kuwait, the Bank Alfalah headquarters in Karachi and the Aman Hegra masterplan in AlUla.
Vanessa Alejandra Ortega
Lead Architect – Sordo Madaleno
Vanessa Alejandra is a Colombian-Mexican architect with over 17 years of experience in architectural and interior design projects across the residential, hospitality and corporate sectors. She currently leads a multidisciplinary team working on high-end hospitality projects, including the design of a Ritz-Carlton and other luxury developments.
Diego Calderón
Founding Partner and Creative Director – Estudio de Arquitectura y Diseño Urbano DF_DC
Diego is an architect and co-founder of the DF_DC studio, with offices in London and Zurich since 2016. The studio works across the hospitality, art and residential sectors, with projects in Europe, Latin America and Africa. It has been recognised with the Best Architects Award in 2022, 2023 and 2026.
Pep Vich
Founding Partner (Msc Arch) – CMV Architects
Pep Vich is an architect with over 29 years of experience as a partner at CMV Architects. A specialist in hospital engineering, he has led projects as design architect, project manager and director. His career includes residential, hospitality, urban planning, healthcare and sports projects, integrating strategies of sustainability, innovation and contextual design.
Vanessa Alejandra Ortega
