Biography
Francisco Javier García Cuenca is an experienced professional in the hospitality industry, with a long-standing career in leadership roles. He served as President of the Hotel Technology Institute (Instituto Tecnológico Hotelero, ITH) from March 2021 to June 2025.
He is currently Vice President of Magic Hotel Group, a position he has held since January 1994, accumulating over three decades of experience in this role. He has also served as Vice President of the Hotel Association of Benidorm and the Valencian Community, as well as of the Spanish Confederation of Hotels and Tourist Accommodation (CEHAT).
His solid academic background includes an Executive MBA from IE Business School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Marketing from ESIC Business & Marketing School. He has also demonstrated his commitment to innovation by earning the certificate “Driving Innovation: From Ideas to Launch” from IESE Business School in March 2021.
