Landscape urbanist, director of SCAPETHICAL (practice and research platform for the built environment) and the Institute of Applied Environmental Ethics. PhD in Spatial Planning and Urbanism from the Tokyo Institute of Technology. He has lived, practiced, or taught in France, Korea, Singapore, England, Thailand, Japan, and Australia. Currently an associate at CURTIN University Perth, RMIT Australia, and ENSAP Paris.Sessions
