Biography
Blanca de la Fuente, PhD in Physical Education, is Head of the Performance Analysis Unit at the High Performance Center (CAR) Sierra Nevada, under the Spanish National Sports Council. An expert in training evaluation and methodology, she works with national teams and elite athletes. She is involved in R&D projects and has published research on swimming, strength, hypoxia, and athletic performance in international competitions.Sessions
